1. Use of the website
[PLACEHOLDER — Kenyan lawyer review required] This website is operated by Jesus Helpers Children's Home (CBO Reg. [PLACEHOLDER — REG. NO.]). By using it, you agree to use the site lawfully — no scraping, no impersonation, no attempts to disrupt service, no transmission of malicious code.
2. Donation terms
[PLACEHOLDER — Kenyan lawyer review required] Donations made through this site are charitable gifts to Jesus Helpers Children's Home. They are not refundable except as set out in section 3. Recurring sponsorships continue at the cadence and amount you select until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the donor portal link in any email we send you.
Where you choose a designated fund, we apply your gift to that fund. Where the fund is fully met or no longer in active need, we apply your gift to the area of greatest current need and notify you by email of the reallocation.
3. Refund & cancellation
[PLACEHOLDER — Kenyan lawyer review required] If you have made a gift in error — duplicate transaction, wrong amount, accidental click — email info@jesushelpers.org within 30 days and we will refund you. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Recurring sponsorships can be cancelled at any time via the link in any email we send you, or via the Stripe Customer Portal we link to from your welcome email.
4. Currency conversion
[PLACEHOLDER — Kenyan lawyer review required] Donations may be made in any currency Stripe supports. Stripe handles the conversion. We display amounts in your chosen currency and an indicative Kenyan shilling equivalent at the gateway rate at the time of the gift.
5. Intellectual property

You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
